Workout program 100 push-ups Be Stronger - personal fitness trainer and reps counter.
Build strong arms and chest - it is enough to be able to do 50-60 push-ups.
Start training with this program and after 6-10 weeks you will be able to do 100 repetitions in a row. It is not at all as difficult as it seems. It is enough to perform the appropriate training.

Program Rules: Perform the test before starting training. The test is to determine what the maximum number of push-ups you can do at a time. Now, based on the test result, select a program and start training. Press the button after each set to call the rest timer (rest for the recommended time or change according to your feelings). Observe a rest and proper diet.

Example: you did 43 push-ups in the test. Select a program from the list 41-45 times. Remember to rest 2 days after the recovery test.
