ER+ is a cloud-based emergency response app that is based on computer-aided dispatch and mobile response tools. The system helps public safety, health emergency and other security organisations to respond to incidents as well as enhance situational awareness in response to ongoing incidents. It is designed to meet the unique needs of organisations that engage in emergency operations for public safety, security and health reasons.
ER+ relies on VERINT’s Nowforce personal safety app and CAD system, customised to meet the unique requirements of public safety and emergency response in Sierra Leone. It is designed to meet the unique needs of: (i) the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre (PHEOC) of the Ministry of Health and Sanitation, Government of Sierra Leone; (ii) the Operations Support Division (OSD) of the Sierra Leone Police; (iii) the National Fire Force and (iv) private security companies. The system is user friendly and is delivered as a SaaS solution.
