About SignalConso

SignalConso is an innovative application developed to help consumers easily and quickly report a problem encountered during a purchase, whether it is a product or a service.

HOW IT WORKS :
1. Have you had a problem with a company?
Have you encountered a problem with a professional, a business, in store or on the internet? Report them on the SignalConso platform.

2. File a report on SignalConso or ask a question to the repression of fraud.
Report the problem (anonymously or not) or ask your question directly to a fraud prevention officer. In any case, SignalConso guides and advises you.

3. The company and fraud prevention are informed.
If you have filed a report, SignalConso contacts the company to inform it. The company can then respond to you and/or improve, you will be informed of its action by an email from SignalConso. If you have chosen to provide your contact details to the company, they will be able to contact you directly.

4. The repression of fraud intervenes if necessary.
Your report is recorded in the fraud prevention database (DGCCRF).

Are the reports becoming too numerous for the same company? Is the problem considered serious by the investigators? Fraud Enforcement may decide to monitor or control a business based on your report.

THE SIGNALCONSO APP
The SignalConso application has been designed to meet several specific consumer needs. Here are some of the main features offered by our app:
· Simplified reporting: Thanks to its intuitive and user-friendly interface, it is easy to report a problem in a few clicks. It is possible to integrate a photo, provide some details and submit the report to the company concerned.
· Follow-up of reports: at each stage you are informed of the actions taken by the company to solve the reported problem.
Advice and information: SignalConso also provides you with information on your rights and guides you in the steps to follow in the event of a dispute with a merchant or service provider.
