this has to be one of the absolute worst products ever made. it has a very very simple function. tell curtain motors to open or close. that is it. no fancy options like open 60% etc, just Boolean commands. and it barely functions at the best of times. if you have already bought somfy motors, do yourself a favour and return them immediately. never use anything by this company. incompetence is their moto

This product is temperamental and rarely works properly. We spent good money on motorized blinds and the Somfy box to control them remotely. But the app barely works. It nearly always says an update is required but we can't get the update to happen. Without the update we can't use the programmable feature which is the whole point. Fix your products.
