Born and raised in the Lobato neighborhood in Salvador, since his adolescence he always dreamed of working as a musician, so much so that when the family met at his grandparents' house in the city of São Domingos, in the interior of Bahia, he had the habit of dancing and singing with friends. Before starting his artistic career, he started to work selling roasted chicken on the beach, and making cocktails in bars, but he didn't make much money. After some time working as an assistant in the hair salon, with much effort, he set up his own barber shop, which already enabled him to help with the household expenses.
