You can only pay for kerosene for heating and LPG for housing with the energy voucher card. Other than kerosene for heating and LPG for housing, fuels that cannot be supported (gasoline, diesel, LPG for vehicles) cannot be purchased.
Summer energy vouchers are supported only as an electricity bill deduction method. You can apply for the winter energy voucher by selecting either the National Happiness Card or deduction. Kerosene, briquettes, and LPG can be purchased with the Kookmin Happiness Card, and electricity and city gas can be paid individually by contacting the relevant sales office. The bill deduction is a method in which only one energy source is selected among electricity, city gas, and district heating, and the bill for that energy source is automatically deducted. Charge deduction is supported only when an application for deduction and a charge bill are billed (written) by the energy supplier within the support period ('23.7.1.~'24.4.30.).
This system, introduced in 2022, is implemented to raise awareness of energy consumption conservation and alleviate the burden of electricity bills through the voluntary participation of residential customers. If residential electricity users who applied for participation reduce electricity consumption, they will be paid the current basic cashback and newly established differential cashback according to the standard.
