Why does it take best part of 60secs or more to log in? Why are features regularly removed from the app? Can no longer see units held from the app.

SunSuper/ART used to be great. Now with latest app/website update it's impossible to change super investments, plus huge administration barriers to nominate beneficiaries. Ultimately making members not in control how super is invested, and robbery upon death - superannuation lost to the ether
