I had one of the most negative experiences trying to utilize this service on Thanksgiving Day of 2025. I had to call the call center and I was hung up on multiple times. The employees were all unhelpful and wildly unprofessional. They were actually actively trying to mistreat me. I have filed a complaint and hopefully they will listen to the recordings of our interactions, but this medical provider has actually caused me injury instead of assisting. What a disgusting experience. #swiftmdSUX
