TapMyLife Patient Transport is a dedicated solution for managing the logistic flow of Patients who are hospitalized and who need to perform surgery.
The TapMyLife system allows healthcare workers in the Operating Block to request the Transport of Patients from the ward to the operating sector simply by identifying the Patient from the operating list; the TapMyLife system manages the workflow of the Teams involved in this activity by creating Missions.
The ward prepares the patient for surgery and entrusts him to the Transport Team which is responsible for completing the mission by entrusting the patient to the medical staff of the Operating Block.
The Operating Block staff through the TapMyLife Patient Transport system requests a Transport for the Ward at the end of the Patient's surgical journey. A new Transport Mission is automatically created by the TapMyLife Patient Transport system to the Transport Team.
The TapMyLife Patient Transport system manages and sends notifications and alerts on the basis of what is defined by the staff responsible for the Healthcare Facility.
The Patient, the Health Staff, the Transport Teams are not geolocated and identified.
