The purpose and objective of carrying out the selection of prospective IPDN Praja students is to recruit qualified IPDN Praja candidates in terms of having adequate basic knowledge and skills, excellent personal health, self-psychological abilities that are able to develop potentially, trusted integrity and self-honesty, ability to communicate effective, and readiness to work throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
