have used this app before and it worked perfectly. But just a couple weeks ago, it lets me log into my account but does not let me access the catalog. Tried getting a hold of customer support and all they say is to use Google chrome and look it up. I did that and it doesn't even let you log into anything for your account.

doesn't log in all the time, no access to the premium catalogue, colleges have ended up losing points as there is no way to redeem them unless you have the apple phone app
