doesn't work at all

many sign on s over n over. Page's won't submit, then redo form,. multiple security request, at least 20 in trying to determine if booking is ok. Call centre of little help. said I should try an outside party. Now at 4 hours of wasted time on the app.NOT GOOD. EVERYTHING DIFFICULT. CAN'T SEND, RECEIVED???
