if i can rate minus, I would. the worst possible airline, very unreliable...you can see the stats how many flights are delayed..always late with very bad customer service process. In case of delay it is hard to follow up on detailed info, and so unsure about relatives situation and condition. the whole airline group is problematic. with competitors at least they have human customer service so you can actually get answers.
