On the authority of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that he said: (Whoever recites the first and last Surah Al-Kahf, there will be a light for him from his feet to his head, and whoever recites it all, it will be for him a light from the sky to the earth.
- It is preferable to read Surat Al-Kahf on Friday in the period between dawn until sunset, and some scholars like to read it directly before Friday prayers.
There have been many hadiths about the virtue of reading Surah Al-Kahf, some of which are weak and some are correct, but like all the surahs of the Holy Qur’an, it has many virtues.

The journey in seeking useful knowledge that is intended for the face of God Almighty, etiquette in seeking it, and the scholars landing their positions, so whoever is confused about a matter must ask someone who is more knowledgeable than him. استدل العلماء على جواز الشركة، وجواز التوكيل في البيع والشراء عبر قصة أصحاب الكهف الذين أرسلوا واحدًا منهم ليأتي لهم بالطعام والشراب، قال الله تعالى: {وَكَذَٰلِكَ بَعَثْنَاهُمْ لِيَتَسَاءَلُوا بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ قَالَ قَائِلٌ مِّنْهُمْ كَمْ لَبِثْتُمْ ۖ قَالُوا لَبِثْنَا يَوْمًا أَوْ بَعْضَ يَوْمٍ ۚ قَالُوا رَبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ With what you have seen, then send one of you with your kindness, this is to the city, so let him see, which is the best of food, for the goodness of you. Being keen on religion and staying away from the places of temptation. These young men, when they feared that the wrongdoers would turn them away from their religion, did so. They chose to leave their homeland rather than be tempted in their religion.
