The GetRed app is the delivery platform for training programs which are designed to give you the tools and knowledge to build on you physical health and mental wealth. By improving your accountability and progressively overloading your training week on week you will be giving yourself results which truly reflect your effort. GetRed is an online and in person support service utilising mindfulness and resistance training as tools to help build confidence, raise self esteem and lower stress levels. The service offered is for anyone who feels overwhelmed with the life and needs and outlet. With so much conflicting information available, it can be a struggle to find a training approach that is sustainable and gives measurable results… and that’s where GetRed comes in. Think of us as your training consultant. You call on us as and when your circumstances change and we work on a solution to your fitness regime. The GetRed strength training app will declutter your weight training routine. You start at the very beginning and gradually build up an exercise and training database that works for you, no distractions or diversions from your primary goals. The harder you work, the better the results… and the better the results the harder you will want to work. The programmes delivered are strength based training programmes. Every exercise strengthens a movement and every movement serves a purpose in daily living. The stronger you are the better you feel, the better you feel, the better you perform in all aspects of life.
