The basic functionality of the application is the completion of questionnaires by users, a fast and fun process, accessible on the move, which allows the collection, processing and use of data on the physical and mental health of their members.
For a complete experience the application provides users with the opportunity to add notes related to the physical and mental health of their members, in the form of text or media (photos).
For a detailed monitoring of behavior and progress, the TO application provides users with access to a history of completed questionnaires and notes, as well as the ability to delete or modify an already completed note.
The application gives users the ability to manage multiple associated accounts at the same time, so users can check the data associated with each member, complete questionnaires and add custom notes for each individual member.
Users can also access an account administration section where they can change their personal data as well as generate new access codes or delete the user account.
