Customer Feedback Application

The Customer Feedback Solution is an application that allows customers to rate the services of a UBA group Affiliate at the branch level after being served.

The feedback data is collected via a Mobile QR Code Reader. This is an android application that scans a QR Code, then pops up a form which the customer fills to rate the service.
