The ValorEasy phone application is a useful tool for real estate professionals, especially property inspectors and appraisers. It allows the visual inspection and collection of data about residential real estate properties, their storage and processing with the help of the ValorEasy.ro platform. The time to complete and take over an inspection in other documents is reduced by at least 40% by using the digital tool to the detriment of paper forms. Users registered on the ValorEasy.ro platform will be able to connect to the mobile application and will have the possibility to generate a new inspection, to work in an older inspection saved in draft or one initiated from the ValorEasy.ro platform.
The application is easy to use due to the predefined values of the most important characteristics of the residential properties and the placement of the characteristics in the normal order of a physical inspection.
