Work orders are being dispatched to the app using ERP. From here, the mechanic can fulfil numerous activities using these orders. The mechanic can install meters, including scanning and sending back to the ERP. In addition, the app can be used for preventive maintenance on valves and corrective maintenance at customer's homes. After the activity has been completed, the data will be send back to the ERP.
