Sau 2 năm sử dụng 3 Camera: Camera phổ biến nhất là lỗi hồng ngoại. Đèn Camera cũng thỉnh thoảng gặp sự cố, nhất là khi để chế độ "Thông minh"/cảm biến chuyển động. Dịch vụ Camera của Viettel chỉ có chức năng lưu trữ theo sự kiện chuyển động, mà lúc thì ghi được - lúc không. Phần mềm Viettel Home trong nhiều năm vẫn có những lỗi chưa khắc phục, như: Thường xuyên có tình trạng không nhận Camera (dù Tổng đài báo vẫn có tín hiệu kết nối), thường xuyên có tình trạng lúc nhận thẻ nhớ - lúc không.
