The Vilesoft DON ACCESS - Materials Delivery - is an application that can be installed on mobile devices such as smartphone, tablets and / or equipment using the Android operating system (version 4.0.0 or higher).
DON ACCESS is a compact and able to synchronize data with Vilesoft DON Corporate ERP server and record deliveries of materials coming from requests to the cost center in the registered mobile device.
After performing a synchronization with the Vilesoft DON Corporate ERP server requests, deliveries and collections from the center of registered cost in DON Corporate ERP are copied to the mobile device, allowing it to perform delivery and collection of materials and products for production, even without internet access.
When the connection to the DON Corporate ERP server is established, the device can perform a sync to update the data in the systems and ERP Corporate DON DON ACCESS.
To use the DON ACCESS, the mobile device must be registered with the administrative sector of Vilesoft, which can be done in the application directly on the system configuration screen.
For synchronization of DON DON ACCESS with Corporate ERP, it is necessary that one of the stations is running the DON Oasis Synchronization Service.
