About KidiCom Chat™ (GB English)
With KidiCom Chat™ your family can share video, text, photo messages and more from their compatible VTech device. You get to approve all contacts before any communication can take place.
NOTE: KidiCom Chat™ is meant for communication with compatible VTech devices. You cannot use it to send messages to others who do not have a compatible device.
Why Use KidiCom Chat™?
• Stay Connected with Your Family Anytime, Anywhere. KidiCom Chat™ uses your Internet connection to let you communicate with your family even when you are away from home - anywhere in the world. You can also add other family members and friends to the contact list, so other loved ones can stay in touch too.
• You approve all contacts before communication can take place. Users who are not on the contact list cannot contact your family members.
• Easy to use! KidiCom Chat™ makes it easy to share video clips, voice messages, photos, drawings and stickers. As they grow, they will be able to share text messages too!
• Group Chat. Your family can communicate and share with multiple family members or friends at the same time.
• It's Fun! You can share video clips with funny filters! Your child can even use the voice changer to sound like a robot or a mouse!
Using KidiCom Chat™
Parents/Guardians:
Please register your family's VTech device before downloading this app. This will create a Learning Lodge™ Family Account, which one adult can use to log in to this app. That adult will be in charge of the contact lists and can use this app to send or approve friend requests on their family's behalf.
Other adults will sign up for a separate Learning Lodge™ account and be added to the family like other relatives.
Other Relatives:
The Learning Lodge™ Family Account holder must approve before you can contact a family member. Once you've signed up for a Learning Lodge™ account, send the family member's account a request to join their family.
* KidiCom Chat™ works with KidiCom™ and other VTech devices that support KidiCom Chat™ , KidiConnect™ or VTech Kid Connect™.

App Great....When it works Bought Kidicom Advance 3 days ago for my daughter as she wanted to text family but only 6 so I wasn't letting her have a phone. The app worked great on day one. Then day two is was down for maintenance. On day 3 (Today) app working for all family member except myself and I'm the main person who can add people to my daughters chat. Keeps saying email and password wrong but it isn't as my daughter is logged on. Really annoyed as these things aren't cheap.
