How it works?
The Ombudsman receives the citizens' information and directs them to the responsible bodies so that they can answer and solve them.

When should the Ombudsman be called?
When the citizen has any questions, suggestions or complaints. When the City Council sought, for some reason, has not provided a response or solution to a particular request. And when the service requested by the citizen is not executed within the deadline stipulated by the responsible agency.
