How it works?
The Ombudsman receives information from citizens and forwards it to Organs responsible bodies so that they can answer and resolve them.

When should the Ombudsman be called?
When the citizen has any questions, suggestions or complaints. When the Municipality body sought, for some reason, has not provided an answer or solution to a particular request. And when the service requested by the citizen is not performed within the period stipulated by the responsible agency.

To activate the Ombudsman, do citizens need to identify themselves?
Yes, the Ombudsman does not process information without identification, but when necessary, it keeps personal data confidential, as this is the only way it can provide an adequate return to the citizen.

What should the Ombudsman be informed?
Full name, CPF, e-mail, telephone and address. The complaint, suggestion or doubt clearly containing information about the place, fact and date of the event.
