always had issues with the pulsar plus unit. factory resets and rolling back firmwares to get it to work. eventually stopped responding to Bluetooth and wifi all together. support just gets you to do the same troubleshooting routine over and over until you give up. try another brand, if you have to pay $1800 plus electricians every year or two you may aswell go back to a petrol car 😋.
