With the Cosecha Salud App, members can manage access to health services from their cell phones, obtaining digital medical consultation orders in real time, as well as authorizations for scheduled medical studies simply and quickly, wherever they are.
The application has a menu with 3 sections:
• Medical consultations: allows you to search interactively and intuitively for the doctors in the benefit booklet and request the same digital medical consultation orders on the cell phone in real time (immediate response), for any beneficiary in the family group.
• Authorization Orders: allows you to request the authorization of medical studies and other health practices, scheduled (non-emergency), for any beneficiary of the family group, by sending images of medical orders and medical records, either taken from the cell phone camera, or selected from the image gallery of the same.
• Provider Card: allows quick and intuitive search for providers, by name, specialty and type (scheduled care or emergency on call), according to a selected area.
