It is composed as follows:
An interactive touch screen allowing access to information about the municipality, events, tourist traders, craftspeople and sportsmen, major tourist sites in the region, quizzes to win discounts, a consultation area, mapping
A non-touch screen to broadcast continuous information (weather forecast, traffic, transport, video, events, advertising, health instructions / protocol, etc.)
An emergency call trigger for Health and Safety
A defibrillator
A CCTV camera.
Code boxes to collect parcels left by click and collect merchants or for oneself
A WiFi hot spot.
A solar panel supplying lighting and recharging devices
A sound diffuser for alerts and intermediation activities
An advertising billboard
This connected service area makes it possible to provide citizens, 24/7, access to information from public services, offers and information from traders for both citizens and passing tourists.
Coupled with charging stations for all types of vehicles: bicycles, electric carsharing, the welcome can accommodate a key box in spaces dedicated for this purpose and equipped with charging stations.
The Welcome is a concentrate of useful connected services and a technical system open to the addition of new functional services.
The interactivity made available, a real communication tool with the various partners of this space, town hall, tourist office, traders, companies etc., allows direct access to all, at any time, of a communication support and dynamic, intuitive consultation;

To reinforce this interactivity and proximity with users, Welcome is linked to a mobile application which is an extension of its services: The user can find events and shop information, but also allows the lockers to be reserved in the boxes. It also makes it possible to declare incidents, works, placed on an interactive and very visual map, to make suggestions, to place small advertisements, to see the bus lines and their schedules, the car parks and the electric terminals and even proposes an assistance / chat module if the community so wishes.
Finally, around this space, there is a dynamic of awareness and training in the impact of digital technology within the territory for all stakeholders, which is concretely engaged, through daily use. A real accelerator for the digital transition of public services
