With the WendelMobil, a new mobility offer is being created in the district of Sankt Wendel. In addition to regular public transport, the WendelMobil can be ordered with this app to make trips between bus stops (existing and virtual). The WendelMobil does not follow an exact line plan, but the journey is determined by an algorithm based on the booked journeys. Gaps in public transport provision can thus be closed and the attractiveness of public transport increased. With the on-demand use of the WendelMobil, resources are also saved, since empty runs are avoided. A booking via this app is necessary in order to be able to use the WendelMobil.
