Surah Yasin is a letter that we usually read in various situations, especially before reciting the dhikr tahlil, both on Friday nights and at various celebratory events.

Usually, there are two types of tahlilan that apply in society, but with the same format. There is something called tahlil bil iqtishar or short tahlil and there is long tahlil.

The difference between the two, usually, lies in the addition of the last verse of Surah Yasin, al Baqarah and the addition of reading and dhikr counts.
