1. Select Running (to check heart rate and step count) or Walking (to check step count only)
2. Choosing your age sets your target heart rate for Anandamide
3. While maintaining the target heart rate, check the smartwatch screen within 100 to 200 steps
4. When checking the screen, if the heart rate and step count are within the target number, the number button screen appears.
5. If the heart rate or step count is outside the target value, the heart rate, step count, progress time screen appears
6. When the number button screen appears, remember the number (1 to 15) and press the button when the number appears twice
7. If the number appears only once and you press the button or if it appears twice and you just pass by, the numbers you caught are reset.
8. After checking the screen, start running (walking) again and check the screen again within 100 to 200 steps from that point while maintaining the target heart rate.
