The Population Change and Family Planning Survey on April 1, 2023 (for short, the Population Change and Family Planning Survey 2023) is a sampling survey under the Statistical Survey Program conducted for the purpose of:
- Collecting information on population, population changes; and the level of contraceptive use, abortion situation as a basis for synthesizing and compiling national statistical indicators on population. and family planning, population indicators in 6 lists of statistical indicators: Country, Planning, Investment and Statistics sector, ASEAN, Sustainable Development of Vietnam, Youth and Gender;
- Serving all levels and branches to assess the situation and make plans in the field of population and family planning;
- Building a national database on population and family planning, meeting domestic requirements and international comparison.
