The Labor and Employment Survey 2023 (for short, the Labor and Employment Survey) is a sampling survey in the national statistical survey program conducted for the purpose of: collecting information on the status of labor market participation. of people aged 15 years and older currently living in Vietnam as a basis for synthesizing and compiling national statistical indicators on labor, employment, unemployment and workers' income. The survey results help the Government, the Prime Minister, all levels and sectors to assess and forecast the fluctuation of the labor market across the country, provinces and centrally-run cities, build and formulating policies on human resource development, production and business plans in line with the development trend of the labor market.
