Brumlovka

It started as an administrative center. Today it is a new modern Prague district. Welcome to Brumlovka. With its 25 hectares, the Brumlovka district is one of the largest projects built by a single builder in the whole of Central Europe. The Passerinvest Group, led by builder Radim Passer, has built 12 office buildings (nine of which it owns and manages), two residential projects (the third is currently under construction) and a multifunctional building with a wellness club. There is a primary and secondary school, kindergarten, community center, shops and restaurants for the general public. You will also find two large parks, playgrounds, a sports ground and an athletic stadium. You can relax on a total of 35,000 m2 of relaxation areas or 11,000 m2 of green roof terraces. The Passerinvest Group in Brumlovka plans to build a total of 33 billion crowns. So far, it has invested CZK 16 billion, of which CZK 1.6 billion has been invested in non-profit projects. Brumlovka awaits further development in the future. The plan includes three to four administrative projects, housing, further expansion of the Brumlovka Park and the creation of new public spaces.
