✔️ Info/advice hotline: Receive expert advice on all your health questions around the clock.
✔️ Doctor search: Thanks to the doctor search, you can find suitable doctors in your area and save them directly as favorites.
✔️ Video consultation*: The video consultation of our partner almeda is your online doctor directly via smartphone. In advance, it is quickly and easily clarified whether the clinical picture is suitable for remote treatment.
*The function is currently only available in Saxony and Thuringia.
REQUIREMENT
In order to be able to use the app to its full extent, you must be insured with the AOK PLUS or AOK Baden-Württemberg.
You also need your access data for the online portal "Meine AOK". You don't have any access data yet? You can easily register in the "AOK NAVIDA" app.
SECURITY
Your data is protected in the best possible way - the AOK is obliged to do this as a statutory health insurance company. If data is collected or stored, this is done anonymously.
ACCESSIBILITY
The AOK attaches great importance to using the app as barrier-free as possible.
