About 5forLife® – Deine Challenge.

The 5forLife APP is the inspiration for your new lifestyle! Every day for 25 days we will be at your side and establish the "5forLife-Habits" together with you. These are five healthy habits that will make you fitter, painless, relaxed and happy: a morning drinking ritual, purposeful exercise and relaxation, mindful nutrition, 5,000 steps in the fresh air and restful sleep.

With 5-minute real-time fitness workouts and relaxation exercises, delicious recipes, sleep aids, reminders via push notifications, and conscious tracking, the app motivates you to stay tuned and implement the habits every day. 25 days are short enough to "just go through" and long enough to turn one-off operations into routines. The mini units of 5 minutes have the advantage that you do not have to rally or move. They are associated with no effort, anywhere and at any time feasible and thus more than suitable for everyday use.
The APP is like a toolbox for your health, with which you can defend yourself proactively and successfully against the three major illnesses, lack of exercise, stress and poor nutrition. This makes 5forLife especially valuable for people who have a lifestyle-related illness, such as To prevent or positively influence type 2 diabetes.
