This application has been designed as a complement to the interventions that are carried out for young people who have had a first psychotic episode. With this application you can review the psychoeducational material, use mindfullness sessions, plan your own agenda and alarms and consult dilemmas with people who are in your network to receive different opinions and alternative ways of solving day-to-day difficulties. This application is supervised by mental health professionals.
