Easy to use, count up to track days since i quit smoking. Just what I was looking for including the watch face tile to easily check. As described, cheap price. Good app.

It's a good app for your watch but it doesn't sync with your phone. This is important and needs to be added. I made a countdown on the app with my phone and my watch doesn't see it when I open the app
