BDC Care makes it possible to conduct video meetings with doctors or other healthcare professionals. All information shared is encrypted and secured in accordance with the Personal Data Act and GDPR. In addition to the video conference itself, you can communicate directly with your therapist via messages or through digital treatment programs.
If you have not previously downloaded the app, you will need to download it to complete the video visit or to view messages sent to you by your therapist.
In order for the video conference to be as successful as possible, remember the following:
• Choose a place where you feel comfortable and can talk undisturbed
• Internet - it is important that you have a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions
• Use a headset or headphones that you know work
• Your phone must be adequately charged
