All communication in the app is encrypted and complies with GDPR and PDL.
In addition to video calls, the app also supports communication via secure messages and participation in digital treatment programs.
If you don't already have the app, you can download it to carry out planned video visits, or receive the messages that are sent to you. When you have downloaded the app, select my pages, and then my errands to log in with BankID.
In order for the meeting to go as smoothly as possible, and for you to get the help you need, you should think about the following:
* Choose a place carefully, where you feel comfortable and will not be disturbed by the conversation.
* Make sure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient battery on your phone.
* Feel free to use earphones with a built-in microphone.
