You simply enter the recipe into the app, choose the calorie amount and possibly the nutrient distribution / macro distribution you want for YOUR needs and goals - and the app adapts the recipe and quantities to YOU!

Imagine you e.g. have a diet plan you bought online or from a coach - but there are also some other things than what is on the diet plan that you want to eat...
What do you do?
See - on a diet plan, you typically get the calories and nutrient distribution of protein, carbohydrate and fat listed in your meals. Either as percentages (macro distribution) or in grams.
These numbers are all you need to now choose what YOU would like to eat.
You simply enter the calorie amount and nutrient distribution from your diet plan in the app - and then you choose your own recipe or the ingredients you want to use instead.
The app adapts it to you, so that your OWN recipe gets the same amount of calories and nutrient distribution as the one on your diet plan.
In other words, you are no longer dependent on getting your coach to prepare and adapt the meals for you, as long as you have the calorie amount and possibly the nutrient distribution, then you can adapt your own meals to your plan from your coach!

The app teaches you about nutritional content and calories.
The more you work with the app, the more you will also automatically learn about portion sizes, calories and nutrient distribution in your meals - which is simply indispensable if, in the long run, YOU both want the FREEDOM to eat what YOU like and at the same time gain CONTROL over your own body, so that you can improve or maintain your shape ALL year round in the least restrictive way!
This will also help you in the long run to intuitively learn to make better choices and to be better at estimating quantities when you e.g. is out of the house or on holiday.
