Users can send their complaints or claims requests addressed to the municipal administration by entering the play store and downloading the mobile application called PQRD acacias, after registering where the data is requested: full name, identity card, email, neighborhood, and address. The application loads a module in which the interested party enters his name and password. Followed at the beginning of the session we find a menu in which it allows us to: register the PQRD, consult the (S) PQRD, view a heat map; PQRD registration and access to social networks.
