In 2016, a small Coptic book of approximately 1500 years old was found in the Harvard University library. This book (it is believed that) was used by the Coptic Christians of the time to make day-to-day decisions.
The use of the book was simple:
-Before anything the litany was read:
The gospel of the oracles of Mary, the mother of the Lord Jesus Christ.
She, to whom the archangel Gabriel brought the good news.
He who advances with all his heart will get what he is looking for.
- Next the question was formulated.
-Then the book was closed, it was reopened and the page that appeared contained the proverb that, when interpreted, contained the answer to the question that had been asked.
This application simulates that process without the need to know Coptic, nor to possess an invaluable book.
