It allows community owners and landlords, who are managed using the ADMINET application, to access the following information in real time:

- Usual industrial, certificates, insurance policies and maintenance contracts.
- Account statements
- Liquidations
- Ongoing and completed incidents
- Various documents

For community owners, it also allows access to:

- Current budget
- Minutes of meetings held
- Community board positions (president, vice-president, etc..)
- List of pending receipts
- Forms of payment of receipts
