With the ALERT-Project33j app it is possible to select a project from ALERT on a smartphone and then register a purchase order or a delivery note. With the purchase orders, you can choose from the file with supplier items, but the materials to be ordered can also be freely described. The purchase order registered in this way is processed in ALERT and automatically e-mailed from ALERT as an order to the supplier. When recording delivery notes with delivered or collected materials, these can be recorded in detail in rules, but only a photo of the delivery note/packing note from the supplier can be linked. The delivery note registered in this way is then available in ALERT so that the approved delivery can be called up and linked when booking the purchase invoice.
