The ALERT ALERT Work Order App is integrated with the ERP system from Centric. Orders from the ERP package are directly visible on the tablet of the maintenance staff on location. New emergency messages are signaled by an additional notification. From the task list, the maintenance worker can refuse an assignment or participate in treatment.
During the execution of the order, the system automatically records the time spent on it and the materials consumed. Photos that are taken with the tablet are automatically linked to the task in the ERP system. If necessary, can also be recorded for subsequent assignments own employees or subcontractors.
