very bad app. it will start the timer and doesn't show how to do the exercises. It's better to start the timer on your phone yourself instead of taking premium. Don't purchase this.

Love the concept, but app needs more work. Paid for the full subscription but left disappointed with the variety of exercises. For example, the 60 day full body challenge is almost the same exercises every day, with a slight variation each day focusing mainly on lower body. There is opportunity to load more exercises covering full body, as well as providing variation each day. Although the current exercises are good, the daily repetition is becoming boring and not worth paying for.
