It is a system to facilitate the interaction between us and the customer to provide balance payment services and packages, according to the official prices of Yemen Mobile, so that the customer’s account is documented in which all his accounting operations are documented, and he does not need to review us or inquire about accounts. 1- The subscriber must create a new account by himself and fill in his data as required . 2- Any subscriber must pay a security amount in advance, by attending directly or transferring to one of our accounts shown in the program under the list (Transfer Information) and communicating with us via the numbers and addresses shown below to add the amount to his account because bank notifications do not contain customer information 3- The amount of the insurance must be sufficient to cover the operations of the client and each client according to his daily work, in order to avoid the process of accounting restriction on a daily basis. It is also preferable that the amount be deposited before the previous amount runs out so that the client does not stop working in case we delay adding the insurance amount on time. 4- Confirming the customer’s account for the application from the account confirmation list, copying the device’s password and sending it to us via our numbers, in order to be able to pay the direct services. The administration implements any operation within a period not exceeding a minute in the manual section, while the automated section does not exceed 5 seconds as a maximum, unless There is a problem in the system. 5- The customer is responsible for the data or the process he sends in terms of any error in the phone number or the type of package. 6- The customer bears the responsibility for the validity of the card data for the customers who are dealing with them to link new numbers or replace lost programming devices by receiving a copy of the card from the same person and matching it and adhering to the official prices of the company. 7- The working hours in the manual department are from (8 am to 11 pm) except Friday from (7 am to 10 am) as for the automatic section around the clock 8. 9- Notifications of operations are available first-hand, as well as the account summary through the application. 10- The customer can view the details of his reports and accounts when entering directly through the site with the same user name and password for the application. 11- Any amounts paid in error by the company, especially package operations, shall not be returned.
