A deaf person can choose between freelance translators and see how they are rated. Also, a Deaf person can choose whether to wait for a freelance translator, arrange a time when their desired translator is free, or wait for the first freelance translator.
The waiting time for the first free translator is visible in the application.
After the interview, you can rate the quality of the connection and the satisfaction with the translation.
Thanks to this option you will have the best translators available.
What else does this app offer you?
Do you happen to be called on the phone as a Deaf person even though you asked for an SMS? A great option in this application is that you can give the number "Prevoditejihzj" wherever you are asked for telephone contact - at work, in the hospital, at a meeting…
If someone calls you they will automatically connect to the translator via the app!
Which means no one will be able to call you on your number anymore, and you won't be able to answer.
The application was made by the company DEAFCOM from the Czech Republic, which has been successfully operating for over 5 years, and is now available in the Republic of Croatia in cooperation with the Croatian Society of Sign Language Translators for the Deaf.
In the beta version, there will be no option with phone numbers, and translators will also work for a limited time, as they will help us voluntarily. We hope you understand. Share your opinion about the app and help us improve it!
