Using it, the salesperson can pick up orders at the customer’s site and forward them to the central system. This saves time, the orders placed are more accurate, the delivery can be arranged faster, and the stock can be optimized.
The salesperson can see the exact location on the spot while placing the order
- overdue unpaid invoices of the buyer
- the buyer's orders per product
- current stock. (current, busy, expected upon completion)
- list prices, individual prices, discounts, promotions and, depending on eligibility, contract and actual purchase prices
You can place an order for both the primary (pcs / kg / etc.) and secondary (carton / box / pallet / etc.) quantity units, and the divisibility of the product is also checked. Products to be sold with priority and often ordered by the buyer are highlighted when the order is placed. You can set a time window when you can still place an order for that product. This will prevent late orders. You can also disable sales below the minimum selling price.
The salesperson has the possibility - in case of proper authorization - to pick up a unique price for the customer and send it to the center.
The order is entered into the central system at the touch of a button after the recording is completed. In this way, the ordered products are immediately placed in stock, the preparation of the delivery can be started faster, and the necessary procurement can be better planned. Instead of paper-based feedback, you can email your partner about the order.
The salesperson can later query the central system for the status and fulfillment of the assigned orders.
If enabled, the GPS coordinate of the order picking location will be recorded and stored. To use the program, Internet access is required when ordering and submitting the order.
