CeLOE OCW Tel-U is an application that presents access to learning resources provided by Telkom University. Users can register to take courses and programs organized by Telkom University and find out the status of learning that has been achieved. Users will get a Certificate of Completion after completing online learning at Telkom University's Online Learning (MOOC).
